Cornerstone Healthcare Group are looking for an experienced administrator with a can do and one team work ethic. We have three services providing specialist care for people with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Salary: £35,000 pa
Hours of work
40 per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00.
Role of the Administration and Process Manager
- Create a process map for the services and make recommendations for change to enhance efficiency
- Establish centralised trackers for safeguarding, complaints, compliments, investigations and other KPIs which influence service delivery
- Implement standardised minute taking, presentations and action plans in conjunction with marketing and quality teams
- Establish and embed systems and process across the services to ensure that they are not based on the presence of an individual
- Establish and embed; process/life-cycle for clinical records, all archiving, and robust staff rota process to ensure services appropriately staffed at all times
- Ensure proper standard operating procedures
- Oversee the process for clinical audits
- Working with the General Managers; manage the administrative staff team across the services, ensuring appropriate cover at all times
- Ensure the administration of absence and leave processes is adhered too across all services
- Ensure compliance at all times the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards from a systems/administrative viewpoint
- Research and analyse data
- Ensure quality systems are implemented and monitored and actioned appropriately within the team
Personal Attributes
- You will have at least 2 years substantial experience of working within an administration and process manager role
- Experience of working in a Healthcare company
- Ability to use own initiative and be a self-starter
- Ability to produce work to deadlines, work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Positive and proactive attitude to work
