Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for an experienced Rota Administrator to complete rota and other administration tasks at South Africa Lodge. South Africa Lodge provides high quality services to 99 residents across 6 specialised units requiring effective, varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe environment.

Salary: £19,760 pa

40 per week – 09.00 to 17.00; Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing as a Rota Administrator

You will be part of a friendly and diverse team, starting work communicating with management on rota changes to ensure the service is appropriately staffed at all times and raise any concerns. You must be methodical and calm and solution focused for this role. Your role will include liaising with agencies to ensure gaps in staffing are filled with the right skill mix. Through updating new starters, holiday and leavers you will create a robust and effective rota management system using our online platform. Your role will be varied with additional administration tasks including; email and written correspondence as well as administration support to the wider team.
