What you will be doing as a Quality and Compliance Administrator
You will be part of a friendly and diverse team, starting work checking emails and completing any priority tasks. Ensuring compliance is fundamental to the safety of our residents. As part of the compliance team, reporting into the Compliance Manager, your daily tasks will include; data entry and analysis, building working relationships with General Managers across the service and ensure the delivery of quality improvement initiatives. This role is varied and working with the wider team on other projects when required, will allow you to gain knowledge about the services we provide and our vision.
We still apply COVID-19 protections for our residents and employees. Employees must have a minimum of two vaccinations and a lateral flow test will be required when visiting services.
