Compliance Manager vacancy in Waterlooville, near Portsmouth

As the Compliance and Quality Development Manager you will provide targeted support to services to ensure that they are meeting their regulatory requirements and to assist in highlighting early areas/aspects/sites that need support. In addition, you will provide professional support and guidance across all services regarding clinical audits/outcomes and non-clinical audit outcomes.

Duties include…

  • Providing internal and external audit programmes and results to share with the wider community
  • Implementing practice development audit outcomes
  • Taking a lead in the development and sharing of best practice
  • Providing advice, guidance and hands on support to produce a site-specific Quality Assurance Framework and Compliance Improvement Plan

Essential: Must be RN qualified and have experience working with CQC standards, with the ability to adapt to other regulatory frameworks
