Behind every Chief Operating Officer, there should be an organised, efficient executive assistant! The Executive assistant plays an important role in our company because they are the COO’s right-hand man/woman!
Our successful executive assistant will go above and beyond to make sure that the company is headed in the right direction by ensuring that the COO is on top of everything and anticipating the next priority.
Cornerstone Healthcare Group is a specialist service for people with complex neurological, physical and mental health needs associated with challenging behaviours. Our services have high numbers of well trained, specialist staff, excellent facilities and an evidence-based approach to providing the best possible care and quality of life for our residents.
You will need extensive knowledge and experience as an executive assistant. You’ll need to know who key personnel are, both external and internal, and understand Cornerstone Healthcare Group’s aims and objectives. This is role may be very challenging at times, as it can sometimes involve dealing with difficult or demanding people, often at very senior levels, and the work is always focused on the needs of the COO.
Our Chief Operating Officer will rely heavily you, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes of a successful executive assistant.
