Based at South Africa Lodge in Waterlooville, Hampshire, this is an exciting opportunity to join the expanding, leading specialist care home provider Cornerstone Healthcare.
To lead from the front, setting the precedent for Clinical Managers and staff; the General Manager will be expected to achieve exceptional clinical and operational standards as befits this specialist provider in our 94 bed, CQC ‘Good’ rated specialist service.
In doing this you will ensure the care of all residents in the service meet the exceptionally high standards and requirements of our company and demonstrate leadership in all aspects of service delivery, according to statutory regulations, legislation and codes that govern our sector.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager’s focus is to ensure excellence in service delivery ensuring compliance and evidence-based practice/decision making whilst working with the Senior Management Team to contribute to the delivery of the wider strategic agenda of Cornerstone Healthcare.
You will also be the CQC Registered Manager of the service.
If you are a Registered Nurse with Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a 60+ nursing care service this could be the role for you.
