What you will be doing as a Receptionist
Reception is the first impression and the last impression of the home. Being part of a friendly and diverse team, you will start work setting up the reception area ensuring notices and information are displayed professionally and there is availability of safety measures such as masks and a pen for signing in. Throughout the day you will meet and greet visitors and ensure a safe environment in the reception area. Dealing with post, messages, preparing confidential information, medical notes, and emails will be a part of your daily tasks as well as taking deliveries and ensuring they get to their designated place effectively. At the end of your day after you have communicated messages to the relevant Managers and ensuring the reception area is tidy you will head off home.
We still apply COVID-19 protections for our residents and employees. Employees must have a minimum of two vaccinations and lateral flow tests will be required daily.
