The role…

Effective relationship building with referring authorities, Inspectors and other involved agencies. Proactive participation as part of the regional team, including strategic planning for the ongoing development of the service and working in collaboration to deliver high standards.

You will be responsible for proactively leading and managing the home in line with regulatory and statutory requirements, supporting and mentoring your team to develop their skills and expertise.

You will need to manage the financial performance of the service with support from the Finance team and deliver a service where the residents’ needs are paramount.

The core hours for the role are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, however, operating a 24/7 residential provision does require flexibility and to provide ‘on call’ support at evenings / weekends on a rota pattern.

What we need…

A Registered Nurse, with Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care with experience in managing a 20-40 bed nursing service.

You will have a proven track record of running a successful residential home, have the people skills to take your team with you and be able to promote and grow the service.
