Careers

Why work at Kitnocks House?

Kitnocks House is a specialist care home that needs special staff. Occasionally our residents will challenge and frustrate you. They will often amuse you but they will always need you. If you want a job where you can make a difference to the lives of some very needy people you should consider joining us. You will meet some extraordinary people who will come to depend on you. You will join a staff team that is friendly, professional and very supportive – particularly on those days when things have not gone that smoothly!

You will be listened to. We understand that some of the best ideas about how to do things come not from our senior management down, but from our staff up. We think that everyone on our staff has an equal voice that deserves to be heard. At all times the management of the home are approachable and will do whatever they can to support your career, whether you’re just starting out or are well established.
