Feedback & Further Support

Help and resources including financial and legal information.

Do you offer support for family and friends?

We hold a Friends & Family Support Group every month. This is an opportunity for relatives and friends of our residents to meet and chat together – we provide tea & cake! The dates for these meetings can be found on display in reception or please phone us for more information.

I have some suggestions or a complaint, who should I talk to?

We hope that we will work collaboratively together, and we welcome opportunities to make our service better. To this end, we hold regular meetings for relatives to meet with the management and details of dates can be obtained by phoning us. The date will also be on display in reception.

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints on any subject relating to Cornerstone Healthcare, please use the suggestion box which is in the foyer at the entrance to reception or ask to speak to a relevant member of staff during your visit. Our Clinical Manager or Senior Nurses will be happy to help with any concerns.

You can also email us on info@cornerstonehc.co.uk or write to the address of the home where your relative lives if you prefer. The complaints policy is also available on request and is displayed in the reception area.

What is NHS funded care?

Due to their complex needs, all of our residents are fully or partially funded by NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups or Local Authorities.
