I have some suggestions or a complaint, who should I talk to?
We hope that we will work collaboratively together, and we welcome opportunities to make our service better. To this end, we hold regular meetings for relatives to meet with the management and details of dates can be obtained by phoning us. The date will also be on display in reception.
If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints on any subject relating to Cornerstone Healthcare, please use the suggestion box which is in the foyer at the entrance to reception or ask to speak to a relevant member of staff during your visit. Our Clinical Manager or Senior Nurses will be happy to help with any concerns.
You can also email us on email@example.com or write to the address of the home where your relative lives if you prefer. The complaints policy is also available on request and is displayed in the reception area.
