What does Cornerstone Healthcare do?

By supporting healthcare professionals and commissioners, we ensure strong placements are made and seldom experience placement breakdown. Our specialism allows us to consider and often admit individuals who have been rejected by other services. We also specialise in s.117 aftercare pathways.

We run specialist nursing homes in Hampshire and Surrey and look after residents from all over the country. Our homes are purpose designed to meet complex care needs and enhance quality of life. We are one of very few providers of this type of specialist care and are proud to be expanding our service to meet growing needs.
