Do you want to specialise in mental health nursing? Working for a specialist nursing home is a diverse and fulfilling career. You will gain hands-on experience supporting residents who have a variety of complex neurodegenerative and mental health conditions, so no two days are the same.

  • Specialise in mental health

  • Bespoke, specialist training covering techniques such as positive behaviour management and non-abusive psychological and physical intervention

  • We pay your CPD fees for revalidation and your NMC registration fee (subject to conditions)

  • Work for one of the top payers in Hampshire:
    Basic: £19.20/hr
    Overtime (M-F): £21.10/hr
    Overtime (S-S): £23.10/hr

    + Get paid during your breaks.

  • All staff are vaccinated + regular COVID-19 testing

  • Free transport from Botley train station

  • Free on-site parking
