Safe, high quality care

South Africa Lodge is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC are the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

A ‘good’ rating means we are meeting all expectations set by the CQC and our service is performing well. We are constantly striving to improve our service to residents and welcome feedback to help us provide the best possible care.

Whilst the CQC is not routinely inspecting services during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are delighted to receive a positive summary record for South Africa Lodge.

The quality of our service is also backed up by independent reviews on carehome.co.uk, the leading UK Care Home review.
